The amount of demi-glace sauce was small and the balance was poor. It's tough if you just have a hamburger steak. Sauce, sauce please! I felt bad about leaving any leftovers (after all, it was expensive), so I ended up eating it all. The last bite was pretty tough. Yakiniku and steak look good, so go for those.
