::I ordered the all-you-can-drink option on the same day. For the dishes, we ordered tuna, horse sashimi, wagyu beef tataki, tempura omakase, freshwater clam marinated in soy sauce, horse mackerel namerou, and half-raw liver. The tuna, horse sashimi, and wagyu beef tataki were delicious. The horse sashimi was served with Kyushu soy sauce.

::A shop with 6 counter seats! All the dishes are delicious! Maybe it's just the right number of people because the chef cooks delicious food with only one chef? I happened to walk in, but you might not be able to get in unless you make a reservation. The entrance is on the right side of the first floor, so you won't know unless you go inside!

::Just talking to the owner gives me energy, and the food and drinks are really delicious. All of the 5 dishes I received were delicious, but I was impressed by the soup stock and raw oysters! They will shave the bonito flakes right in front of you. It was different from what I received elsewhere. As the chef said, the oysters and soup stock were so delicious that you couldn't help but close your eyes when you ate them.

::This is my favorite store. The general is bright and soothing. The dishes are seasonal, so you can enjoy them each time. I think most Japanese sake is dry.
