It looked like Kaeshi was simply dissolved in hot water, but I found this soup to be strangely delicious. It also goes well with chopped onions. The char siu is made from hard-boiled pork belly and has a strong flavor, making it delicious. The noodles are thin and crisp.

No, he's already a fake Kansai dialect guy who's bad at soup, so no matter what kind of noodles he brings, it won't be convincing.
