  I stayed this hotel dated March 7, 2024 for my vacation. The first impression of this hotel was good. From the Narita int'l airport, I could easily arrive at night because airport limousine bus stops this hotel. Further, there is a train station, bus station, several malls and convenience stores approximately within a five-minute walk away. Although it is not a state-of-the-art hotel, you can easily recognize that it has something special. All of its staff were very fast and professional. The kind staff always tried to help his/her customers with good services. They know exactly what customers want. It seems that this hotel has been maintained well thanks to its staffs' efforts. I was also glad that its room size was bigger than typical Japanese hotels. For your information, this hotel provides amenities on the first floor (for UK, ground floor) beside the elevators but it seems that it does not provide complementary water. You'd better prepare in advance. On the first floor, there are vending machines for water and soda. Overall, I was satisfied. I would like to visit this hotel again. Enjoy.

  Was taken here for a meal as the guest of a Japanese family who had reserved a private room within the Chinese restaurant. There was western-style silver service. The place was surgically clean and the staff immaculate. The chairs were a good size and comfortable for my European-sized frame. The food was good quality, but somehow missed that wonderful Chinese taste: a Japanese take on Chinese cuisine, and this was really disappointing. Mind you, my Japanese hosts really enjoyed the food. The hotel also lacked ambience, although technically provided excellent services. Good sized basement car parking, but steps up to the lift/elevator so difficult for the physically challenged. Cannot comment on whether or not this hotel is a good place to stay, but not recommended as a good place to eat Chinese food. To be fair, this may be because it was a set menu and not to my personal taste Location is a bit of a walk from the station, but fine for visitors arriving by car. Update, January 2024. Again, did not stay in the hotel but went for a meal in a large private dining room with a large family party of Japanese friends - maybe twenty-five in all. This was in the very impressive annexe building, really integral with the main hotel via an internal walkway. This time the food was wa-shoku (Japanese) and was really very good indeed. As previously the whole place was surgically clean and sparkly, the service excellent. Unfortunately I heard that the hotel may be changing the Japanese restaurant to which the dining room was attached to a different cuisine sometime this year. The hotel has a fairly commodious subterranean car park which can be used by patrons (ticket required). The bays are wide enough for a larger Japanese car - but only just, and some of the approach ramps are tightly curved. Not for the feint-hearted or those uncomfortable with reversing into a tight space.

  Location is good. The reception area is very nice. Rooms are very old and dirty. My room smelt of smoke and everything was very discolored so I asked if I could change room but unfortunately they could not accommodate me. For the same price I would recommend Hotel New Otani.

  Convenient location. Spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Towels are clean and changed regularly when asked. Interior is like old. The shower head needs changing. No water bottles were provided. The fridge is weak. There's an odd smell along the hallway. It was quite strong. But it's not pungent for me. it's just that it was strong. Breakfast is quite cheap when it is purchased at the counter, but nothing is special. Overall, ok, value for money.
