::Service is very good but rooms are worn out. Unfortunately I had a room which smelled terribly of cold smoke. The fact that it is next to Makuhari Messe is a big plus!

::Stayed 3 nights and loved it. Room was spacious, clean, and very well appointed. Staff was very helpful. Hope to come back.

::In general a great and upscale Hotel, however the room was very old but i kind of liked it, was like a time capsule. The housekeeping could have more attention to detail, it was clean but not in every corner and could have been better. Staff was nice and very professional and helpful. Pool was awesome but strange to pay extra as a hotel guest. I would recommend this hotel and would also stay here again.

::This is the worst of the hotels I have stayed across the globe. Still using Keys for doors. Room I opted for expensive but wht I got was a mole hole. Never will I recommend this. Beware!!!

::Had a great stay at Hotel New Otani Makuhari. From the beginning they let us check in 2 hours earlier, room was clean, house keeping made sure all the necessities were cleaned and topped up every day. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Location is close to shopping malls and train stations as well. Highly recommended!
