::I ordered a simple large size 1000 yen with no toppings. The crispy fried noodles are delicious. The parking lot is on the signal side. There are some places that are a little difficult to park. You'll be lucky if it's empty

::I came to Hita for sightseeing and wanted to try the famous Hita yakisoba. The location is in Mameda, a tourist attraction, so it's a good idea to visit along with sightseeing. The meal is characterized by crispy noodles. I get bored with just plain yakisoba, so I get addicted to these noodles. Personally, I would recommend mentai mayo. The mayonnaise will make the sauce milder. The only drawback is the time it takes to deliver. I don't know if special cooking is required, but I felt that 30 minutes from ordering to delivery was too long.

::Hita Yakisoba was mainly fried noodles with bean sprouts and hard-cooked noodles. The noodles were crispy and delicious. It also has a large amount of bean sprouts, so it might be healthy. The pork char siu bowl was very creamy and went well with the bowl.
YOTAROU
::I heard it's a pretty long-established shop in Hita town. I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was already full. Please note that there are restrictions on the menu that can be provided due to a lack of manpower, so please be careful if you are coming from far away. However, as long as you can eat yakisoba, there is no problem. The yakisoba here has a very spicy sauce that goes well with rice 🙆 And the soup that comes with the set is also delicious. I thought it would be nice to just be able to eat yakisoba, but I was wrong, I also want to try Chinese noodles! My companion ordered yakisoba with soup, and it tasted like Aomori's famous tsuyu yakisoba, and it looked delicious.

::The place is known for the yakisoba but the ramen is also good.
