::I had the pork hotpot, and I thought the pork was a wonderful ingredient.The pickled Chinese cabbage was served in a refreshing soup stock. Once it boils, add the ingredients and the pork fat will gradually seep out, creating a soup with an exquisite taste. To finish off the meal, I added the soup to the mustard greens rice and ate it all, and it was all very flavorful and delicious.I think it would be delicious just plain, but I thought it would be a good idea to change your taste a bit and eat it this way. I think the price is a little high considering it's pork, but it's delicious so I agree, so I'll adjust based on my rating.

::We dined here 2 weeks ago, got the hotel to help us make a reservation. It was a Thursday night and when we came, we did not see any other diners. We ordered the pork shabu shabu and was only allowed to order the famous pork cutlet only if we ordered the shabu shabu as the mains. We read that they have the famous Tokyo X pork here. The interior of the restaurant is rather old. The staff were average, perhaps it was due to language barrier but the service standards were below the normal Japanese standards. The pork shabu shabu was good. Nothing fancy. The pork cutlet was really soft and tender. Overall, food quality was good but not at 5 stars standards yet. Perhaps we had too high expectations of the Tokyo X pork…

The owner is a really interesting person! (I raised the bar🤣) Duck fat melts in the 20s. Something that melts in your mouth The three of us ordered 6 servings and ate a lot. absolutely! My stomach didn't feel heavy. The internal organs are honest~😊💖 I'm also interested in Tokyo X, so I definitely want to go there again! ! Highly recommended

::Reservation required. The storefront is old and makes you feel uneasy, but you can enjoy really delicious pork. The staff at the store are also very kind. Shabu-shabu is a special dish that can only be enjoyed here, and is eaten with pickled Chinese cabbage. The final dish was rice topped with pickled mustard greens, topped with shabu-shabu stock, and served as ochazuke.It was fresh, but it was delicious to the very end. The pork cutlet was so tender that I think it would be accurate to say that it melts without even having to bite into it, and the oil was just right. It was delicious with just salt. Although it's a little pricey, please come and enjoy the delicious Tokyo X.
