::I'm a big fan of the ``Karimori pickles'' and ``Tofu miso pickles.'' Karimori pickles, which have a truly crispy texture and are marinated in a unique dashi stock, go well together, and miso pickled tofu, which has a cheese-like texture, goes really well with rice. These two items are a must-have ^^.
