  Great spot to visit while in Yufuin. Is a 5 min drive from the town centre, most convenient with a car. It is VERY popular and we had to wait 1 hour for our seats, not because of crowd but because they are quite slow with table service. Don't come when in a rush, but if you have time, it is excellent. Like many places in Japan, every attention to detail is covered. The black pork soba was delightful.

  Soba quality is OK, nothing very special. But the soup is. The dashi base of the soup is amazing. We ordered the duck soba set. In this set two pieces of grilled duck meat are added into the soup. This makes the already very tasty soup to have an additionally fragrance of grilled duck. The soup is amazing. Prices are higher compared to other soba restaurants.

  Must have Soba! As soon as the bowl of Soba was put in front of us, the most delicious aroma of the stewed pork was to die for. The taste of the pork and the soba was delicious. Hope to get back there again one day. And the view over the valley was just amazing. Would have regretted if did not make the effort to go to this restaurant.

  Great soba, deep fried chicken and like their atmosphere too!
