::Highly recommend this hot spring hotel. Conveniently located with large rooms, great service, Michelin like food, and private beautiful hot spring spas. The staff was so accommodating to our change of needs for dinner time and late request for breakfast. We truly enjoyed the beautiful and delicious food. Spending private time with spouse or family in the private hot spring room with beautiful nature is a truly delight. They loaned me beautiful Japanese traditional bathrobes and gave us Japanese socks for free. Will return and highly recommend.

::I and my family love this! Hotel is new and a bit modern with still a vibe of Japanese. Good for foreigners. Hotel rooms come with private bathroom in which I realized that it is hard to find one here. So good that we have our own bathroom. My room is very huge. The futon is comfortable. Private onsen is available for booking. And it is not always full. Enough for the no. of guest. This is good for us as we are not familiar with public onsen. Food is good. Service is superp. Staff is very good in English and very helpful. Location couldn’t be more convenient. Very close to the floral village (I and my 6-year old son can walk there). It is also close to the lake. Kids-friendly hotel indeed. They have amenities, food, bath robes (yukata) specially for kids. They also have a small kid corner to play. Super recommended!!!!!!

::The staff are angels, so helpful, and everyone I interacted with spoke perfect English. The baths themselves were so clean and very relaxing. Magically, I was able to watch the sunset from my bath. My room was very comfortable with lots of amenities. The town is really amazing, I would just warn you that most things close around 5 or 6pm so you should book dinner with the hotel or you'll be eating from a Lawsons. Also, I ate breakfast at the hotel on two mornings, and the food was delicious, not to mention the room has an amazing view of the mountains.

::Hidden in the alleyway of Yufuin, this onsen ryokan is a cozy stay when you visit this onsen town. Service was on point and the staff was nice and helpful. We stayed in a 4-person room, which was spacious and clean, and the futons were surprisingly comfy. Dinner and breakfast were very well presented and delicious. Both the public and private were clean, albeit a tad small in size.

::Lovely hospitality and clean facilities. Japanese style room was cozy and comfortable. It's nice that there are 3 private (with reservation) and public hotspring baths to choose from. Also, the dinner course and daily breakfast was so carefully prepared, beautifully presented and simply oiishi. It is obvious that the staff all take pride in offering guests attentive service, and in English too! Excellent!!
