::Bad service, rude receptionist. Greedy, we booked 3 bedrooms and we have 2 aldult and 2 kids, they forced us to paid for sur-chagre of 2 kids instead of 1. Room and carpet is dirty and smelly, never come back and strongly not recommend.

::Nice clean typical business hotel rooms. Great location near the action of Namba, Dottonburi and Shinsaibashi, but quiet. Easy to get to from JR Namba station or Shinsaibashi if on the Subway. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will visit again!!!

::Great hotel and in the heart of Osaka. It's also only about 3 minutes away from the bustling Dotonbori area. I was concerned at first about noise from the streets below but I actually had the most peaceful rest here. The staff are very friendly, attentive and they will make sure that all of your needs are met. Rooms are good but be prepared for a very small toilet and shower area. Apart from that, my stay here was great and the location is perfect.
