  Clean and the atmosphere is really wonderful. The room is quite big. It offers nice breakfast and great view.

  A large hotel in the local area、providing quality service. At least 2 restaurants inside. The restaurant on the 9th floor gives a nice view of Okayama castle.

  Lobby was updated, bright but misleading. The staff is what kept the two stars in place as they were beyond helpful, kind and very hospitable. However, the property is dated, mold on ceilings, wall paper falling down, stains in the rooms on the floor and walls. Also, keep in mind while the breakfast is an option I would skip personally. Not worth the 1500Y. Also, on the second day I realized you have to get orders in for breakfast before 9:30am not before 10am like posted. They refuse service. They were kind and corrected. During the spring season don't expect A.C. to work. They suggest opening a window. Rooms were hot but I slept. Would not revisit.

  Nice rooms, good views from the castle side, close to the gardens, castle, river, the shopping street, and a short taxi ride from the train station. There are two restaurants on site, and a barber.
