::Great location and nice view from room. Connecting to Okayama station, FamilyMart right downstairs. Mins to shopping district. Many nice restaurants around.

::I highly recommend this place. All the staff is super professional, helpful and friendly. The skybar is spectacular and has a nice selection of local spirits and drinks with carved ice cubes. The rooms are rather small, but that’s how it is in Japan. I’ll return when I’m back in Okayama next month.

::Positive + Located right next to Okayama station and there's a bridge from the station connecting the buildings + The hotel is located in a complex that includes many restaurants, a convenience store, and a museum + Very friendly staff. There is an older employee, maybe around his 60s, that is incredibly nice and willing to help everyone. Ive seen him working for a few days and always very positive + Great view from the window + Breakfast buffet on the top floor is pretty good, especially the eggs + Price to room size ratio is pretty good, especially being next to the station Negative - Rooms are slightly towards the old side, and I can sometimes hear the person in the next room. But the rooms are very clean at least. This is the only negative.

::The hotel offers late checkout, welcome drink, and free breakfast to ANA superflyers. Nice bar and breakfast. Downsides: The elevators, especially the one that goes to the parking level, may be quite slow. Air conditioning settings cannot be controlled from guestrooms. Restaurants may be fully booked.

::The staff's English is fluent, so communication is not a problem to foreign travelers like us. The service is great too. The front desk is active and hospital. The location couldn't be better. The hotel is right next to the Okayama station, which makes it pretty easy no matter you need to take a bus or train. The room is clear, large, and comfortable. In short, it's a very nice experience staying at the hotel, and I will consider this hotel in priority if I visit Okayama again.
