  Excellent location for shopping, nearly Aeon mall and Don Quijote, 24 Hr front service. Room is not a sound proof, and the wall itself is thin. You can hear other room conversion, but it not a problem with us, the hotel provided an earplug whose not like a sound.

  I have been to more than 10 hotels so far during this trip. Visited Areaone in other provinces. Enjoy using their self help amenities very much. Except this one. When I finished my day and went back to my room with a humidifier, the receptionist asked for my room number. I was shocked cause this was not the first time I took anything from the self help amenities bar and haven't been asked for anything. I didn't feel comfortable cause I thought it is self help, right? Otherwise, don't leave it there, please. It makes me feel like I was stealing something. I do recommend Areaone in anywhere else but here in Okayama. Don't understand why there are mirrors everywhere. 3 others besides the one in the bathroom. Also unknown dirt everywhere in the bathroom.

  Just checked into this hotel and am a bit disappointed. The room is tiny, which is somewhat understandable for the price. But the major letdowns are the cleanliness, the smell coming from the air conditioner and the comfort of the bed (which is rock hard). The staff are lovely and location is great, which is the reason I have given two stars.

  A small hotel opposite to Aeon mall and indirectly connected by a footbridge. Location excellent for transportation, shopping and dining. Shared carpark was behind the hotel charging 900 yen per night from 3 pm to 10 am. Room was comparatively compact. Bathroom and interior decoration was marginally acceptable due to a bit rusty and old, but the water flow was strong. There were thin slippers and thin towels. They provided six sets of breakfast for your choice. The manager could speak some English and very helpful. He gave me tools to open the locked luggage. Generally the price was very reasonable.

  Very good location : Okayama station was near by. Fancy some shopping? Just walk out the front door and shops, super markets, restaurants, department stores were about your feet. Room was tiny, bed was small, sound insulation was limited, but had everything a stay-over visitor might need. Multi-choices breakfast: one out of six. My family members had hot dog and sandwiches, these were ok; mine was Japanese one, definitely love it. Parking was walking distance, about 5 minutes away.
