I thought. This is the second time I've eaten kasu udon in my life, and I've rarely eaten it before, but it was delicious, with a crunchy part and a succulent part. The soup stock had a slight yuzu flavor and was very delicious. They also have a high-class [Specially Selected Kasu Udon] that I would like to try next time.
