::I was planning to go to Sado Island, but the jetfoil was cancelled due to strong wind. I wrote to AGODA to request this hotel agree to cancel my reservation, because the strong wing mass up my schedule. But this hotel never reply. This is very bad experience for traveler especially always had unexpected situation happened. But this hotel is not kind at all to consider the situation cause trouble for traveler by weather not own issue. Not a suitable hotel for traveler to stay. Also, the room is extremely hot, and they reply that air conditioning is not adjustable, they can only offer a fan. This is so ridiculous!!

::It was great service and clean room but room is little bit small. Also location is also perfect. Near by Niigata station..!! Easy to find the location. Great staff..!!!
