::Great hotel to stay in Furano - but quite far from the train station, definitely not walking distance. Recommended only if you have a car. Quality of the breakfast buffet was ok, but selection was good. Coffee was good and they also have Biei and Furano milk, which were delicious. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

::Room was nice and large. Staff was very helpful. Onsen is quite a far walk away from the main hotel area. Laundry machines were available and very good, including both washing and drying. Location isn't the most convenient unless you are driving.

::The hotel is abit old but very well kept and maintained, the staff were helpful providing me with whatever i needed during my stay, i recommend having a car rental if you want to visit the famous lavender fields since the buss will not drop you close to it, unless you dont mind abit of walking then you should be find using the buss that stops right in front of the hotel. The buffet offers a good variety of foods , western and Japanese dishes, there is an amazing sakura/lavender sweet the offer at the buffet, don’t miss on it, it really is delicious.

::Skiing is good except the rest of hotel not so much. Double charged for room from the reserved price. Middle of nowhere compared to town, the hotel restaurants are always full with no shuttle to get into town past 6 pm. Taxis are a minimum 30 minute wait and 3000 yen each way.

::Hotel location is FANTASTIC! It’s ski in/ski out located right on the slopes. If you’re staying here they give you free lockers by the slope entrance to store your ski gear. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good. The rooms are clean and has strong water pressure in the showers. The only negative I had here was there are no ATMs in the hotel and the closest one is way down in town, but if you have a car it’s not an issue, if not it’s about an hour walk! The food places out on the slopes only take cash which is why it’s an issue but the shops and restaurants in the hotel accepts credit cards.
