::Outstanding hospitality from our hosts (Gabriel and Neil) throughout our stay. They were very approachable and gave us recommendations to several wonderful eating places at Furano. Our extended family booked 3 apartments for our summer stay and it felt as though we were staying in 5 star hotel suites. The apartments were very luxurious with spacious living and dining areas where we could relax after a day's outing. Very well maintained, cleanliness is top notch. Kitchen is very well equipped (large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc). In living area, there is large flat screen TV(Netflix, Youtube) and playstation 4 games for entertainment. You can have a panaromic view of the ski-slope from the living room if you come in winter. Had a most enjoyable stay at this wonderful apartment.

::It's only our first day so Google asked me a little too soon for a review. First impressions are great though: friendly and helpful host, apartment is clean and we'll finished. Location is convenient for skiing and near good restaurants if you drive. One of the best apartments we have rented so far!

::Beyond 5 stars service. We recently stayed here for 2 nights. Room was clean and fully equipped. We were looking forward to a river rafting activity and were very disappointed that the 2 banks in Furano town has stopped forexchange since 1st June. As the water rafting only accepts cash, we shared our disappointment to the front desk Manager, Neil. We never expected him to think out of the box, went the extra miles to propose that we pay the hotel via credit card and the hotel in turns will pay the river rafting company. We were very grateful for his innovative solution. Without it, we will not be able to enjoy the highlight of our stay. Highly recommended!

::Prime location, literally 2 minutes out the door and you're on the ski lift. Easy walk to restaurants and bars or a short taxi ride into the main city district. Excellent apartment was very clean and immaculately maintained. My family and I were extremely comfortable here, the kids especially appreciated the WiFi during their downtime. The very friendly staff were approachable, fluent in English and did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thankyou for a very memorable family holiday. Hope to get back there again soon!!
