::Was shocked to see bed stand are stained and unsightly and looked unhygienic. Staffs are only friendly to their locals. The breakfast spread is good. Will not recommended will not return.

::We’ve stayed here several times now. Delightful, quirky and very family friendly. Good buffet. Rooms are okay. Not super flashy but serviceable. Once we had a 6am train to catch and there are no taxis at that time in Furano so the GM got up and drove us himself. There is a good co-working space, a lovely lounge/library/retreat, an open bar at certain times, free beer from 8-9pm in the downstairs lounge. (One only but it is not strictly enforced.) The kids play area is large and great for ages from three to about 10 I reckon. It also doubles as a free dessert bar for the parents. It is dead opposite the ski slopes which is a big draw card. Good onsen. Lots of free knickknacks as well.

::Excellent location with bus stop in front of hotel, with ski lockers at the side. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Their buffet breakfast is excellent. Enjoyed their Onsen. There's also nice guest lounges and office / work area with internet. Highly recommended.

::The hotel is clean but a little bit older. At reception only few staff can speak English but everybody is so nice. You can pick the amenity here with 5 pieces per person. The parking lot is at the back of the hotel. The breakfast is mix for western and Japanese food. They have butadon and omelette as well. Here you can taste many kind of Hokkaido milk and the soft ice cream. I very like the resting area that you can grill masmellow by yourself and they have boiled potato and snake for free. Also soft drink and ice cream. You can buy food and sitting here any time. After checking we’ve got the ticket to enjoy the sweet buffet in the kids room. All the food here is very good.

::I’ve been many ski resorts in Japan before, but none of them is as children friendly as it is here! There were full of surprises for me, like complementary diapers and formula milk. Kids playground with desert bar is just amazing. And the location is great for skier. Complementary beer, ice cream were just another bonus! Restaurant buffet is just perfect, too! Breakfast has 鮭魚卵和明太子, that just made my dream come true!!! I really enjoy my stay here, and I recommend every family who is coming here for skiing. The room was ok, not amazing, but with all other benefits here, I can live with it. If I ever come back Furano, this hotel would be my top choice!
