  I stayed for two nights during the Obon holiday. The room was large and clean. The hotel's location was quiet and the staff were friendly. It was a very comfortable stay without having to worry about parking. thank you very much.

  The taste of the morning and evening buffet varies depending on the day. The last day was delicious. The staff are kind and good. The location of the hotel is also good. There was tea in the room, but there were no coffee packs, so those who needed it had to buy it in advance.

  Had an excellent experience staying in this hotel. Buffet dinner was of exceptional quality, with free flow of Hokkaido melon. I also want to give special thanks to one of your male staff on duty on the morning of 13 August 2023 (unfortunately I didn't manage to get his name), who kindly drove us to Furano station to catch our train as there were no taxis available. His exemplary attitude is an embodiment of the excellent Japanese hospitality! I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again should I visit Furano again in the future!

  Great onsen with indoor hot and cold pools, also an outdoor hot pool. Very well priced
