::I was rushed to a local hospital with heart failure and was hospitalized for about a week. The patient was transferred from the emergency ward to the HCU for rehabilitation and discharged. Although the doctor was young, he was thorough in his explanations and even visited my hospital room to check on my condition. It was a difficult environment for me to remember the names of the nurses as they changed daily, but I am grateful to the nurses for their kind and courteous treatment, and I was also encouraged by the rehabilitation teacher. It was also a good experience that on the last day of my stay in the hospital, tea was spilled on me (I know it wasn't malicious). I have nothing but respect for the people involved who are working sincerely on the front lines of life. thank you very much

::Thank you for taking care of my grandfather until he passed away. Some of them were good, but the nurses' treatment was so bad that I wanted to be transferred to another hospital. When the amount of water I delivered for my grandfather ran out in a day, and when I ran out of wipes, I asked him, ``Aren't you wiping your butt with a shampoo towel?'' “Oh, I used it,” I said as I wiped my grandfather’s buttocks with a shampoo towel. Not possible. It's too sloppy. This is a hospital I don't want to use again. I don't want to give even 1 star.

::About 5 years ago, I was rushed to the hospital due to a myocardial infarction, and on that day, they performed a catheter operation without me having to wait! ️During my 10 days in the hospital, the doctor in charge of my care gave me great care and made me feel like I didn't have to worry about anything if I left it to him.

::After 2pm, I went to visit my mother who was hospitalized in the west ward on the 6th floor, but unfortunately I was told that she was undergoing treatment and I couldn't visit her.I asked her how her condition was. When I asked about it, I was told to wait in the day room, but I didn't hear from anyone after an hour, so I went to the nurse's station around 3:50 p.m. and waited for an hour. Since I didn't hear from anyone, I said I was going home and went home. I understand that you are busy, but how do you respond by ignoring the feelings of the patient's family? I'm very disappointed because I thought the hospital would provide good care.

So what should I trust? Even if you point out medical errors, they won't admit it. My father lost his life because of Nerd Yan. When I went to visit my father, he made me wait 40 minutes at the reception desk and didn't receive any notice, even though I asked him to do so, he only asked me to wait. I was in the hospital and had to wait an hour for food, and the nurses didn't seem to be bothered, as if it was normal. Even after the other patients in the room had finished eating, the meal was still not served. Why do I have to feel so uncomfortable? It's really the worst hospital.
