  Since I am indebted to him for health checkups, I tried to make an appointment for the regular outpatient clinic, but was told that they were fully booked and that there would only be vacancies two weeks in advance at the earliest. I really wanted to go here because the location, reputation, and previous treatment were good, so when I asked them to make an appointment, they asked me to go to another hospital. Why can't I even make a reservation even though there are reservations available? Since the teachers are good, I'm disappointed in the reception staff's poor response.

  If it's your first visit (even if you had the same disease in the past but you didn't have an appointment or it's been too long, it will be treated as your first visit), you'll have to wait for 2 hours. Furthermore, there aren't enough reception staff to accommodate the number of patients, and there aren't many waiting chairs, so I get the impression that there are a lot of patients waiting. If you have a second or subsequent appointment, you won't have to wait long, but please be aware that depending on the doctor, the treatment may be incomplete (which made my condition worse). Also, if you only need one visit, we recommend that you visit the clinic when you have plenty of time.

  I underwent a complete medical checkup in 2024. The reservation time was 8 o'clock and we finished at 11 o'clock. A gastric endoscope was inserted orally and a sedative was administered. It was a very clean facility, and on the day of my checkup, the results of my blood tests and other tests were already available, and I was treated with great care on the spot. I was able to bring my smartphone in while waiting during the medical checkup. I received a Jeff Gourmet Card worth 1,000 yen. There were costs that needed to be paid separately from the health insurance coverage, but it was possible to pay by credit card.
