I have a chronic colon disease and have been receiving care for about 12 years. Personally, I don't think I could live without this hospital. In particular, I think the response from the teachers, nurses, and other staff is very good, and I can't say enough about it. Also, since it's a gastrointestinal hospital, there will be a lot of post-processing, but the staff will kindly tell you that it's okay and that you don't need to worry about it. We will continue to support Hachioji Digestive Hospital.

The system is operated with a patient-centered approach and privacy in mind, from reservation reception to testing, consultation, and payment. I was hospitalized for about a month, and as a hospital that specializes in gastrointestinal diseases, I felt that it was a hospital that I could trust, as it strives to operate the hospital with a focus on patients and educates its medical staff.

I went to see a doctor because I had melena, and they said it was about time for my last colon exam two years ago, so I was hospitalized for two days and one night the other day. My teacher was a really good teacher! The other teacher was also kind. All the nurses were kind too. . It seems like there are many teachers, so there may be some hit or miss. When I was discharged from the hospital, I was given a questionnaire about the hospital, which gave me a four-point rating, and I was also able to write down areas that needed improvement. . Of course, I gave it a high rating without any complaints (´▽`) This is a hospital I can recommend!

I visited the hospital twice. I am satisfied with the medical examination. I was really dissatisfied with the reception and medical office staff. This was because I was seen 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. Two weeks later, I visited the hospital a second time to receive the results of the tests I had performed on my first visit. The first time, my wife had the same symptoms and underwent the exact same tests, and the second time, I was the only one who came to the hospital, and the receptionist was aware that I would receive the results for both of us. When I came to the hospital for the second time, perhaps the fact that my wife didn't come was inherited, but right before the examination, a nurse came from inside and said, ``Please complete the reception for your wife's examination,'' and I returned to the reception desk and asked my wife. I was asked to show my medical card. But I haven't brought it. Didn't they notice it when I handed over my wife's reservation slip with my wife's name and my medical card at the reception desk? I had to wait again to see if I needed a medical card for my wife, and perhaps because of that waiting time, I was pushed back to the end of the line to see the doctor. The electronic bulletin board in front of the examination room was showing preparations, probably because it coincided with the doctors' and nurses' lunch breaks. In the end, I was able to hear my wife's test results, but they were terrible. I'm sorry, but I couldn't resist, so I told them at the time of the final checkout. Although the doctor was nice, I'm having trouble deciding whether to visit him in the future. It was really disappointing.

My son suddenly became ill and was seen for the first time. When I informed the receptionist of my condition, she responded immediately and directed me to a treatment room. The nurse in the treatment room (Mr. K) who was in charge of the procedure was prompt and courteous, and treated the patient in a prompt and courteous manner, and spoke kindly to the patient. The doctors in charge (Dr. T and Dr. O) explained the condition in an easy-to-understand manner and recommended emergency surgery on the same day. Post-operative explanations were also thorough. The nurses on the 3rd floor ward are also all good people. I was left with a very good impression of her cheerful and kind smile. I would like to visit here for reliable medical care, gentle nursing, and gastrointestinal examinations in the future. I was a little concerned about two things: the difficulty of entering the parking lot (you can't turn right, so you have to think about the entrance route), and parking facing forward in the parking lot (it's narrow, so I had to be careful when getting in and out). It was 😅 There are some bad reviews, but I didn't feel like it at all ❗😊
