If you are a foreigner, forget about this hospital. My doctor is Hachioji suggested this large hospital in the Hachioji area. My Japanese friend called them for me. They wanted proof of my referral letter such as a photograph, and they wanted to know which department I wanted to see and details of my injury. My friend had to call them several times to ask if they could see me. Finally they said I had to bring an English interpreter. Why? I use my cell phone app to communicate all the time with doctors and dentists here? For a university hospital, they have no one who speaks English? Plus their reviews are bad anyway.

When my son was 2 years old, he was hospitalized with pneumonia. The nurses were the worst. I was refused an escort, so I decided to go to the hospital alone. Apparently, she was worried about being separated from her parents and called the nurse over and over again, so she was hidden out of reach. Get used to a 2-year-old child who keeps crying without mom! He was angry. Finally, on Sunday, I suddenly received a phone call from the doctor and was told that I could be discharged from the hospital. When I left the hospital, the doctor didn't give me any explanation, and when I tried to say hello to the nurses, no one spoke to me because they seemed busy, and even when I thanked the nurses I passed, they ignored me. I started stuttering for about two years right after I was discharged from the hospital. They were very kind to my two children, and some people commented on how things were during the night, but it was a hospital I would never want to go to again.

My father, who is in his 90s, was admitted to a facility near this hospital, and since his health had become very poor, he was referred to the gastroenterology department at this hospital. If you make a reservation, it will take a long time, but if you come first thing in the morning, you can be placed at a suitable place. We were able to confirm between the clinic with facilities and the hospital staff, and they accepted us a little after 8 o'clock. I received it. After that, I had to wait for a while, and there was no nurse to come to triage, so it was past 12:30. When I asked an administrative staff member, she said that even in the afternoon, she did not know when she would be seen. In the end, I returned to the facility and found another hospital in the city, where I was able to receive immediate medical attention. My father had an intestinal blockage, which caused stool to accumulate in his small intestine, causing his stomach to become bloated. A tube was inserted through his nose to drain stool, and he then underwent surgery. I was saved by the care provided by this hospital. You may be told to make an appointment, but illness can come suddenly. Why did this happen even though I did what the hospital told me to do? Isn't the latter hospital more like a hospital?

Thank you for your help at 5A from late October 2023 to mid-November 2023. Dr. M (went to another hospital), Dr. F, Dr. U, Dr. N, Dr. K, nurses A, nurses W, rehabilitation-related T, and other nurses, support staff. I am very grateful for everyone's careful examination, surgery, and nursing care. thank you. Since then, I have been going to the hospital, and the waiting time has sometimes been delayed from my scheduled appointment, but I think this is to be expected since it is a large hospital. He carefully checked for numbness in my legs and was very helpful.

As with any hospital, it depends on the doctor that you get. My young female doctor in the oral department is professional, thorough, humble, and sympathetic as a human being and to her, I give five stars without hesitation. Her name is Dr. Yamamoto. I have absolute confidence she has my best interests in mind, we have built a good trusting relationship. I will heal thanks to her.
