::I went to the Ibarajima store for the first time. An hour after I placed my order, I asked the staff, but they just asked me to wait, and the person who came after me was already delivered, so I was so upset that I went home. I went to the Yatsuhashi store, which I always go to, and although it was busier than the Ibarajima store, it took me less than 15 minutes to get there. The customer service was very polite and I will never go to the Ibarajima store again! !
