::Town Chinese food! On this day, it was especially okay because the customers were in the back and it took a long time, but the staff were polite and attentive in various ways. I would be happy if it came out a little earlier.

::A rare Chinese restaurant in Akita city. My favorite is ``Nikuten'', which is pork belly fried in a soy sauce batter. The gomoku wonton soup also has a gentle taste. You can use PayPay.

::I had ramen and half fried rice. The light soy sauce-flavored soup has the taste of local Chinese cuisine. The thin curly noodles go well together. Simple toppings of chashu, menma, and green onions. It's delicious, I can eat it easily. The crunchy fried rice is also flavored with garlic, making it very filling. It went perfectly with the asari ramen. I don't know what to eat next, I'll come again. It was a feast. The light ramen looks good even after drinking.

::[Traces of Memories] A Chinese restaurant in a back alley in front of Akita Station. There were days when I only ate rice balls, sandwiches, or cup noodles day and night. In an era where people can work while on business trips, it was also a chance to indulge in the joy of lunch for the first time in a while. Occasionally the rolling snow obstructs the view. In the back alley in front of Akita Station, where there are not many people around, I could see the signboard of a long-established Chinese restaurant. Handwritten menu strips were hung unevenly on the wall. Even though it was lunchtime, there were only two customers. I was looking forward to having lunch for the first time in a long time, but even though I felt a little anxious, I decided to go. Perhaps because of this upset, I unusually order ``Cantonese noodles'' and ``half fried rice.'' Two customers left the store one after another, as if they had timed it to be completed. The large bowl had steam boiling from the bright vegetables covering the thin noodles. As soon as we started eating, the owner moved from the kitchen to the table and began reading the newspaper. A northern country covered in snow, an old-fashioned shop, a quiet shopkeeper, and a lone customer. That scene must have been an expression of the ``Satoru Kuramoto'' worldview that I had seen somewhere. Both the ``Cantonese noodles'' and ``half-fried rice'' seemed to somehow instill a quiet warmth into my mind and body. I went outside and looked up at the sky. Before I knew it, the transparent instrumental by Masashi Sada was playing in my mind, and it seemed like it was reaching out to the sky...

::We were driving in from Aomori and the family was famished when we reached Akita. Gotta find a place for dinner and was craving Chinese food and off we went to this shop. Very unassuming first impression and interior was very family-like and cozy. Food wise, good enough. Char siew men broth was pretty good. Ventilation within the shop can be improved though.
