  I went there because of a referral from Urasoe General Hospital. The staff's response was the worst. The details are exactly the same as those written in other reviews, so it was disappointing to be introduced to such a place.

  It moved this month and has a new building, making it easier to access by car. I'm still feeling a little flustered, but I think it'll get better soon. The layout of the hospital is well thought out and calls are easy to understand. It may be better to improve the location of the out-of-hospital pharmacy because it is difficult to find. Most of the staff were polite in their language, but the two elderly nurses were not very polite. Don't say things like ``Hey,'' or ``Huh?'' to the patient.

  Since you can't make a reservation for a first-time visit, I was worried about whether they would be able to see you on the same day, but although there were a lot of people, they never said they couldn't see you because there were too many patients. I think the waiting time is quite similar to other hospitals. I wasn't particularly concerned. The staff, nurses, and doctor (at this time, she was a young female doctor) were polite and helpful in explaining things to me during interviews, examinations, and tests. I had the impression that there were a lot of doctors and therefore a lot of patients, but it was a clean facility with simple flow lines and was very easy to understand and use.

  When I checked on the phone, I was told that the restaurant was open for about an hour, and I arrived 10 minutes later. In the end, it took 2 hours to see the nurse. . . I keep waiting too long and getting sick, so I'm going to another hospital.
