  I use it all the time. I'm grateful that the staff here think about troublesome things from the customer's perspective. It was very helpful to learn that items that other stations had always shipped by sea without asking anything could actually be shipped by air if the conditions were met. After that, there were staff at other stations who didn't understand even when I explained it to them, so I thought that the staff at the Mihara station had studied well.
