  I get the impression that the male staff members (maybe higher ups?) are not very responsive. I felt a little arrogant and treated him poorly, which made me feel like I was being looked down upon. The other post offices nearby were very responsive and had very nice people, so I was surprised at how different it was. I would like it to be improved.

  I don't even want to give one star! I used to use it a lot because it was close to my home, but every time I received a non-standard size shipment, the response from an old man in his 50s and 60s was annoying! It's really inconvenient to have to go to a far post office because of this guy! I want it to stop soon!
