::There is a lot of greenery inside and outside the bright area, which makes it feel comfortable, and the parking lot is located in front of the station and away from the station, making it easy to use.

::The woman's response was good, but the two men's response was very poor. At first, one male employee was responding. Since I had two packages to send, I completed the formalities for one and then completed the formalities for the next destination. After that, I handed the package to another male employee who took over the package, but the sticker with the address on it seemed to be reversed, so it ended up being sent to the wrong address. I was later contacted by a female employee who explained the situation and told me that I would be fine with the fee to return the item, but the male employee who took over on the day responded, ``The person who put the sticker on it was the one who put the sticker on it.'' Since you are a customer, there will be postage costs.'' Earlier, the woman said that the postage cost would be okay. When I asked about this, I was told that since the customer was the one who put the shipping sticker on the package, it wasn't their fault. They blamed me for the stickers that weren't even affixed that day, and when I verbally checked the security camera, they told me that even though no stickers were affixed, they had placed paper on top of the product, so it was their fault. Even though the employee was the one who handed over the product, he didn't listen to what I had to say, and even though I asked him to check with the male employee who was in charge, he just said he would report it to me and returned it at a later date. It remains as is with no contact. I'm sure there are other ways to handle this, so I wasn't satisfied with it.

::There is no flexibility. In the past, when it was near Ishida Junior High School, it was very flexible and the staff were very responsive. It was good, but now that I have moved closer to Shikina Cemetery, I feel like it has become less flexible. For example, if you have the envelope weighed and charged when you take it out, you will be charged a higher price if it weighs just 1 to 2 grams. Also, there was a time when the corner of a stamp was torn about 1 to 2 mm, and at that time I was told, ``Do you have this edge? If you don't have it, you can't use it.'' It was my fault that the stamp was torn, so I bought another stamp and had it replaced, but the staff member tore it while pasting the new stamp. Then, as if nothing had happened, they improperly affixed stamps and completed the process. With this, there's no point in buying stamps, right? I thought so. I know that there are rules for sending mail and that there are limits to what a small post office like Mawashi Post Office can handle, but I feel like they are too inflexible compared to other post offices. By the way, the Daido Post Office, which is a little far away but is close to the Central Post Office, Naha Higashi Post Office, and Mawasushi Post Office, is flexible enough to handle the above matters. Therefore, when sending out mail that needs to be weighed, I try to go to the central post office as much as possible. Also, if you go to the central post office, you will arrive fairly quickly since it is a collection center and it is close to the airport. Also, when I used an ATM in a post office, I asked about the fees. I was told things like, ``I don't understand, please take a look at the poster.'' I'm asking because I don't understand, but when they say they don't understand, there's nothing I can do. It's not that they have a bad attitude or atmosphere, but as an employee of Japan Post, I feel like they either don't know the rules or aren't motivated. Although this is the only post office nearby, we do not recommend using the Mawasushi Post Office for those living near Shigetagawa, Shikina, and Manachi. It will make you uncomfortable.

::Rather small but really clean and bright. I like the green chairs & seats. Probably 3 parking spaces, but there’s a convenience store across the street, so.. :) No wait on a Wednesday afternoon and lots of little handmade things on sale as well as interesting displays.
