  Last time, the wait time was less than two hours after I checked in. I thought it was a good thing that I was called for an hour today, but then I had to wait for 40 minutes to exchange money at the T/C. In the end, it took almost 2 hours... Wouldn't it be better to reduce the number of people at the reception desk and redirect them to other tasks? The T/C exchange was completed on the same day at Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Bank in less than 10 minutes. Do you recommend online reservations? I don't think it's recommended if you can't get it until two weeks in advance.

Because of the location, it gets very crowded at noon and just before closing time, often waiting for over an hour. The line at 9am is huge. The store staff and security staff have first-class customer service, and I often feel that they have a professionalism.   I had a great experience there, yesterday. I had a problem signing onto SMBC direct, and two nice ladies helped me. S-san spoke English and kindly helped me solved my unique problem.
