Wouldn't it be better to reduce the number of people at the reception desk and redirect them to other tasks? The T/C exchange was completed on the same day at Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Bank in less than 10 minutes. Do you recommend online reservations? I don't think it's recommended if you can't get it until two weeks in advance.

Because of the location, it gets very crowded at noon and just before closing time, often waiting for over an hour. The line at 9am is huge.   I had a great experience there, yesterday. I had a problem signing onto SMBC direct, and two nice ladies helped me. S-san spoke English and kindly helped me solved my unique problem.
