  Last time, the wait time was less than two hours after I checked in. I thought it was a good thing that I was called for an hour today, but then I had to wait for 40 minutes to exchange money at the T/C. In the end, it took almost 2 hours... Wouldn't it be better to reduce the number of people at the reception desk and redirect them to other tasks? The T/C exchange was completed on the same day at Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Bank in less than 10 minutes. Do you recommend online reservations? I don't think it's recommended if you can't get it until two weeks in advance.

  I had a great experience there, yesterday. I had a problem signing onto SMBC direct, and two nice ladies helped me. S-san spoke English and kindly helped me solved my unique problem.
