::Have stay in this chain many times, first time in this location and booked a corner room. Unfortunately, even though we were on high floors, there were lots of street, car, motorcycle and emergency vehicle noises which prevented us from getting good night sleeps. Somehow the windows were not well insulated.

::Stayed 10 days so got to know it well. Clean and convenient, good food at breakfast and lunch Also like that if you miss breakfast you can use same voucher for lunch instead! Only two criticisms: Buffet breakfast is large and both Japanese/Western but is almost exactly the same every day. This gets a bit wearing after 10th day! Environmental credentials - the lights turn off when you leave your room but the air conditioning stays on, even if you are out for hours. Of course you can turn off manually but why not also connect air con to switch off automatically when the room card is removed? Worse, the heated mirror was ALWAYS on when the air conditioning was on. It would save a lot of energy to have it turn on separately e.g. when bathroom light is on. I had no choice but to simultaneously heat and cool the room - environmental disaster! Hopefully both these are easily fixable

::Great hotel with convenient location! Good value for the hotel. Convenience stores, McDonald’s and the underground very close. Just a few blocks from the covered shopping road. Friendly and helpful staff. Great local food in the restaurant.

::10m walk from Sendai station. Staff are helpful (sometimes too helpful - drawer wouldn't close, we reached out to let them know and get some tape until the end of our trip, they tried to move us rooms and have several maintenance people come by). Beds are decent, a little firm, but better than most you'll find. Wi-Fi is very spotty in the corner rooms.

::The distance from Sendai Station is a 10-minute walk. The building has a pleasant appearance , including the reception area and hallways. However, there is room for improvement in terms of the cleanliness.
