::I used international shipping, but they didn't tell me how to do it, and when I stood around without understanding, they asked me to remove it, and in the end, they asked me, "Are you a foreigner?" even though I am Japanese. Just because I'm a young woman doesn't mean it's okay for me to respond in a sacrificial manner, and I don't think I should show my frustration at being crowded. I was disappointed and felt extremely uncomfortable.

::The woman at the very front spoke incredibly rude towards me. Tried to send an international package and immediately told me I can’t send gifts, with literally no back up information on why I can send the package. I told her I could open and show it but no luck there. If there is policies restricting international shipping still because of COVID that needs to be addressed. She also said “やってください!” In such a rude tone when telling me to do another long winded procedure for international shipping. I would give this review a 0/10 if possible. Completely unacceptable attitude, I left the office feeling totally disrespected.
