::The side of Shin-Owaribashi where the banner is located is the employee entrance. Enter the side road and enter at the back. I imagine the Ginza Post Office to be quite an impressive facility, but it only has two Yu-Yu counters. Honestly, did I make a mistake? Will there be a large lobby if you enter from another entrance? That's what I thought, but after reading other reviews, it seems like this is really the only point of contact. It was a very frank response, but I was impressed by that. [2024.01]

::It was the best post office experience i ever had. I came to send 12 postcards for europe. Sunday evening 30 minutes before closing. That could be a time when everyone just thinks of going home. But the staff was so helpful and nice. They helped me separate the stamps, helped me leaving the plastic sleeves on the postcards. Even used tape to fix it. Thank you so much. Arigatou gozaimashita!

::Can’t believe the post office is running 24hours, including weekend. I visit in Sat night to send local parcel. There is form covered with Japanese though the worker is kind enough to help me send package for my friend in Okinawa. Even I couldn’t speak any Japanese, able to send it. Will visit again soon :)

::Came in around 7:30pm needing to send boxes of chocolates to Germany and wasn't sure if they'd handle it. Fortunately, after ringing the buzzer inside, an awesome guy was there to help. He was quick to provide the necessary info to ship everything (was actually cheaper than I expected - ¥5140 for what I estimated would've cost me ~$100+ back in the US with UPS/FedEx. The transaction was quick and easy - finding the entrance to the place however was a bit tricky (hint: ask for help if anyone is around or pay attention to a board sign with a picture that points to the entrance).
