around here I can't believe I can eat Jiro-inspired food! A shop run by kind aunts and uncles. The bowl is small, The impact of the platter of vegetables and oil is, I guess there aren't many! ? Four large portions service, I'm doing. Noodles, vegetables, oil, garlic. I guess it's because I ordered a normal serving of noodles! ? It has spinach in it! rare. The chashu is Small. It's nice to have a parking lot. Please note business hours, etc.

I searched for "Chinese soba" and this restaurant came up, so I went there with my wife by car. At first I parked in the wrong place, but the store staff kindly explained to me that I could park in front of the store again, so I accepted their advice. To be honest, I had no idea that it was inspired by a certain type of ramen. In addition to gyoza and beer, I wanted to try the ``Ossan Set'' of ``light'' ramen, so I conveniently found ``Ramen'' in the ticket vending machine, so I ordered that. Even my wife didn't know anything about it and ordered ``Minowa Special Ramen.'' After that, I was asked what to do with the garlic❣️I answered, "Please." The staff at the store were smiling. The dumplings were served with wings and were very tasty. I'm a fan of thick ramen noodles, and the noodles arrived as thick as I had hoped. It was very delicious, but I couldn't finish the soup. My wife and I tend to eat a lot, but I feel sorry for leaving so much left over. The atmosphere inside the store was bright, and even though it was a rainy day, customers came one after another, and the counters seemed to be turning around quite quickly. (We were seated in the tatami room) Next time, I would like to get in better shape and study more before going. It might have been a good idea to add a little more garlic. After all, if you make a good first impression, you will feel more motivated to study next time.

Last time I had the special Minowa ramen, I wanted to try the miso pork that someone else was eating, so I went back. The miso was sweet and not to my liking, but the chashu was soft and the oil was creamy and had a lot of flavor. By the way, the special Minowa ramen is said to be inspired by Jiro, but it's not inspired, it's just made with vegetables. In fact, this one is more rich than the poor Jiro, and the combination of spinach and soft-boiled egg is also great. I prefer special minowa over miso.

I ordered Minowa's special ramen on my first visit. The soy sauce-based soup had a sweetness that wasn't too thick, and the backfat and medium-thick noodles went very well together, making it delicious. There are 6 seats at the counter and 2 tables that seat 4 people, and the ramen shop's clientele ranges from families to people from the area who go there with friends.

This ramen shop is run by a gentle couple, and the atmosphere inside and the customer base is relaxed and comfortable. I used to visit Mr. Minowa often, but due to circumstances, I haven't been able to visit him as often, so today was my first visit in about a year. I had my favorite signature menu item, ``Special Minowa Ramen'' (¥900). Toppings include 1 grilled pork (¥120) and raw egg (¥60) ``Special Minowa Ramen'' is like a mild Jiro-style ramen, and comes standard with spinach and a runny egg. You can add more vegetables and noodles, but I like the default amount. (The amount of noodles seems to be around 200g before boiling) Free toppings include garlic and back fat. The soup is a bit sweet and has a mild pork bone base without a sharp taste. Personally, I often get tired of sweet soups, but this soup is not monotonous and is delicious until the end. The noodles are flat and smooth and have a pleasant flavor, but they often get tangled in the bowl, so be careful when pulling them out (lol) The grilled pork is not huge like Jiro pork, so it is not suitable for those who are looking for that kind of pork. If you marinate this grilled pork in the soup first, you can enjoy the melty texture to the fullest, so be sure to try it. When you break the flavored egg, the yolk will come out, so it's great to mix it with spinach and noodles 👍 I was very satisfied today too!
