::It's a close hotel to Nagoya station. But due to road works and construction it can get confusing to reach. The rooms are really small. You'll have trouble opening a butterfly open suitcase. Even a carry on opened up blocked the whole passage. Otherwise clean rooms, sufficient facilities, friendly reception. The air-conditioning is way oversized (7x) for the tiny room. Result is the cool air blows hard on your face. If off room heats up quickly. Hard to get a good night's sleep. Restaurants surround the streets downstairs.

::Location is good. There’re Convenience store and restaurants near by. Budgeted hotel with reasonable room rate. Free light breakfast in Komeda’s coffee shop. Will stay again if I visit nagoya again.

::They have one coin-operated washer-dryer. But maximum limit is 3kg and a full washer dryer cycle is 130 minutes. If many guests are using, if you have lots of clothes to clean or you're in a hurry, you may need to go out and find a coin-operated laundromat
Life Happy
::Great location and close to Nagura station with a lots choices of restaurants. It’s included breakfast with very reasonable price. Room is perfect size with good services. You can also use washer and dryers for Clothes in 4th floor.

::Comfortable rooms. Even though the rooms were small but that's normal for Japan. The location is excellent. Nagoya station is just a 7 minute walk away.
