  The room is spacious and beautiful I suddenly stayed in Kitakyushu! The parking lot was spacious and clean. There is also a family mart next door.

  I use it often! There is a huge difference between good and bad cleaning. There's so much hair in the bathtub that you'll think you haven't cleaned it, and there's even clumps of fibers from the towels. Drains are often clogged Is there trash or fallen leaves near the entrance from the parking lot? Or something like that, and even if you come back a week later, it's still the same... Also, although the room claims to have a Chromecast, the Wi-Fi actually cuts out every 10 minutes and I can't watch Netflix from there, which hasn't been fixed for a long time. I got so nervous that I called the front desk and asked them to turn the power back on, and then I was able to watch it again, but after about 10 minutes, I couldn't watch it again, and then I kept watching it again and again. It's been like this for several months now, and I hope that it will get better and not go away the next time I come. The person at the front desk said that this is the situation when there are a lot of users. I use it because of the atmosphere of the room, the karaoke room, and the good location, but I think it would be great if it was cleaned better and had Wi-Fi. I really hope the Wi-Fi improves soon.

  The bathroom was dirty. Limescale? calcium? The bathroom door was white and dirty, and the faucet was covered in scale-like water stains. When I filled the bathtub with water, three short hairs floated to the surface. The hair styling product was sticky and had other people's hair wrapped around it, and there was hair stuck to the hair dryer brush. There was no air freshener in the toilet, so it smelled a bit. The deodorant spray-like thing left in the room is an empty bottle. I made a reservation online for a room that included breakfast, but I couldn't even tell them how to order breakfast. I happened to turn on the TV and realized I could order there. The front desk seemed to have a hard time answering the phone, and I wondered if they were properly trained for customer service and cleaning. I used it on a trip from another prefecture, so I won't be using it again in the future, but I've never been to a hotel this dirty, so I'll definitely check the reviews from now on. I learned a lot.

  It wasn't bad, but the room felt a little small. It's nice that they have free drinks, but I have to call the front desk every time I go to get them, which is a hassle. member card? It looks the same as other affiliated stores, but if you can't use it, I won't understand, so please change the pattern!
