::The location of the hotel is great, close to both rail and bus station, mall and convinient store. The room is clean and the acoustic is great. The services are also good, free printing and front desk staff is nice. Breakfase is good.

::simple, great price, lots to do and see in the area. right next to the monorail. The room was very clean and comfortable.

::I walked into my hotel room smelling like bum and the bathroom smelling like it has recently been used. I then bought air freshener and turned on the AC which cleared up the air in the room however the bathroom showed very little change. I left to go shopping and came back to a room smelling like how I just arrived. Took a bath and when drying, dust from the vent above the tub fell down into the tub. DISGUSTING! On my last day, I looked under my bed to see if items were left behind, only to see balls and thick layers of dust. Okinawa is a lovely place, but other hotel’s in the area are most likely a better option.

::Enjoyed our one night stay. Quiet clean rooms and a free upgraded room. Very spacious. Self parking in the rear was ¥800 but required they keep our car keys strangely enough. Free WiFi was strong on the second floor. Otherwise, location was good a block from the monorail.

::The reception staff were exceedingly polite. What floored me, every day, was the room/housekeeping service. Never have I experienced such thoughtful and personal room service. I left the room and bathroom looking like a bomb had gone off with my belongings and toiletries strewn about but they were always returned to a logical place when they needn't have been. On example of how the staff went above and beyond was by moving my toothbrush off of the edge of the bathtub to the depression near the basin. It sounds like nothing but it meant something for me and I wish I'd remembered to complement them on my way out but the check-out process was so fluid I didn't have time to think or talk.
