::Considering the reviews and price, I was prepared for it to be old and not well-maintained. The overall rating is ☆☆ because the air conditioner doesn't work. the hallway is hot Therefore, the room does not get cold and the air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature, so I feel like I will get heatstroke just by turning the airflow on high or low. I borrowed a fan from the front desk. This was the correct answer and I slept soundly. I would like to see improvement here. The bed is comfortable. It's a shame because the location is right next to Tomari Port! The staff are refreshing and friendly people.

::Here's the problem. Floors 2 and 3 are smoking floors, and floors 4 and 5 are non smoking. I'm on the top floor and the entire hallway is filled with smoke rising up from below. Even in my room with the door and window closed all I can smell is cigarette smoke. Additionally the floor in the room is extremely dirty. It appears that the carpet hasn't been changed in many decades. And the toilet seat is on at an angle so you make contact with the rim bowl when you sit down. If this place had the carpets changed, the walls painted, and smoking inside wad disallowed it would be a reasonable hotel. Also beware the price you see online is only for the 'night plan'. The reality of staying here is more expensive.

::I planned to stay here 5 nights but I wanted to move after first night. The windows are not noise-proof and the water pump or something near the room rings every few dozen minutes. I was almost awake. I asked to change room after the first night of staying awake, the 2nd room even I didn't hear the water pump, it was still extremely noisy at night because the sound of cars and motorbikes was not soundproof. If you want a cheap - old room and listen to the sound of cars and motorbikes passing by instead of going to sleep, then this hotel is for you.

::Very quiet place just on a side street in front of the big Tomarin Takahashi Port of Naha where you are going to take the boats for the surrounding tropical islands. The area isn't fancy but it is really great to stay here overnight at an extremely low and reasonable price, to be able to get the first boat in the morning next day. it's totally worth it, having a relaxing evening here the night before. The room like a business Hotel, pretty and it has the basic amenities that you need, WiFi, Tv, fridge, washlet on the toilet seat, they even provide basic toothbrush set, shaving set and sleeping pajama Yukata. The air conditioner buttons are by the bed!!!! You probably should not open the window since there are no mosquito nets but the air conditioner does the job very well. Just few minutes on foot there are many nice traditional restaurants and a large Aeon supermarket where you can buy food stuff to take with you to the tropical islands. And given the very low price, if your ship should not be able to cross the ocean because of high waves and you need to extend your stay one more day, it will be very affordable and easy done and from here you can easily go by monorail to the center of the city and enjoy the shopping street and the fancy part and return for the night back to the area by the port. Quiet quaint street and the rooms are also quiet and clean. All the staff at the front desk were very nice and attentive and ready to help and didn't forget to keep for us a non-smoking room despite the fact that when we booked it they didn't have any free.

::A clean old-style hotel with large rooms and a simple bed and shower. If you just need a comfortable, safe place near Tomari for the night, then this is perfect. The hotel owner and other guests were friendly and smiled. A water cooler is available 1st floor, and you can buy VERY cheap drinks from reception.
