  The response is terrible. In the first place, I shouldn't try to explain the recipient's information over and over again with information based on my own incorrect ``imagination.'' In fact, the staff member said that he did not know the destination. I had felt this for some time, but this time I was treated particularly harshly. I have used it in places that are a reasonable distance away, but this time I am extremely disappointed. I will never visit again.
