  The response is terrible. I went to the post office to try to send the item by cash on delivery, and it was confirmed that there was an error on my part.I feel sorry for that, but the way the confirmation was made made it seem like I was making fun of the other party. When I asked about some parts of the explanation that I didn't understand, the male employee gave me a wry smile, abandoned the explanation, silently changed his response to the female employee, and tried to hide in the back. I thought it might be because I didn't understand enough, but instead of asking multiple questions, I received this response the first time I asked a question. In the first place, I shouldn't try to explain the recipient's information over and over again with information based on my own incorrect ``imagination.'' In fact, the staff member said that he did not know the destination. I had felt this for some time, but this time I was treated particularly harshly. I have used it in places that are a reasonable distance away, but this time I am extremely disappointed. I will never visit again.
