In the past, there seemed to be a problem with the service and there were some bad reviews, but it seems to have improved. They responded very kindly.

When I went to the counter without knowing there was a line, I was told, ``Please line up! ” he said firmly. I think there is a way to say it. The young man was the complete opposite; he was smiling and kind, but I later got angry and wondered why I was saving money in a place like this.

Very poor atmosphere. The staff are serious and rigid. The lady on the left corner of the counter is the worst - she is always panicky and making people feel stressed too. I rather go to the other post offices to avoid going there unless I’m only using the ATM.

I was surprised at how bad the attitude of the woman handling the mail on the left side of the counter was. The way he spoke and his tone sounded like he was angry, which was quite unpleasant. Even when I asked about something I didn't understand, they didn't respond kindly to me, and the atmosphere was quite awkward and I felt very uncomfortable. Since it's the nearest post office, I went there several times and received the same response, so I no longer wanted to use it. Now, I go out of my way to go to a different post office or get my mail done at a convenience store. Since so many similar reviews have been written, I would like the post office to take action.

I really don't like the attitude of the large woman sitting on the left when you enter. I don't know who is in charge. sorry. She always looks down on me, seems like a pain, and has a really bad attitude. Maybe it's because I'm young. When I did something wrong once, I was asked in a serious tone, "Huh?" I needed some tape for packing, so I asked for it and it was placed roughly on the table. And without saying a word. I have my own faults, but I wish they would respond a little more kindly. The nearest post office is the one that helps me the most, but I hate it so much that I don't even want to use it anymore. This is my first time writing a review, but I have never seen a post office like this before.
