  About 10 years ago, when I lived in Nishiotsu, I used to use this place occasionally, but the woman at the reception treated me with disrespect, so I haven't used it since. I wonder if my family still runs the post office... Well, I don't have Japan Post Bank and I don't have insurance, so I'll just have to do delivery.

  The woman at the mail reception desk (probably a veteran) was very pleasant, bright and kind, and she was very considerate and helpful. The atmosphere inside the office was bright and refreshing, and I thought it was a lively post office overall.

  The receptionist's response was polite and good. However, as others have said, there are too many cars parked on the street in front of the post office, perhaps because the parking lot is small. Although it's not that wide, it's a busy road, and it's really dangerous to get out of the parking lot if there are cars parked on the street. I think the staff should be a little more careful.

  I used to use it often, but I stopped using it because there was no apology and I had doubts about their subsequent response. There are many other post offices.
