  The bus driver from hotel had a really bad attitude! So hard to find bus stop. I have never used the hotel again.

  My 4th time back to this hotel in last 10 years. Always my first choice for environment, food, onsen and relaxing. They have renovated all the rooms after covid and is even more comfortable now. The buffets are always abundant with different varieties of choices

  Public Onsen area was lovely and the buffet dinners were good. While the room was big it was old and outdated. Not worth the $600 a night we paid. We happened to see in the room next door to us on our floor and it was fully modernised so we were a bit upset that that we got the old room. If you stay here just make sure you check that you get a renovated room.

  Wonderful resort ! Superb onsen, there is 3 indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools. Many amenities in the changing room with different products to try. The buffet is excellent, good choice of food variety and good quality of ingredients. Service staff very courteous and kind. Facilities can do with some update but generally good.

  Room was a bit old and small, but clean and tidy. Hot spring was nice. The varieties of food for dinner and breakfast were completely out of our expectation. A good place to relax and recharge your battery.
