I ordered Stamina Charshu Men for ¥1,200 (tax included), Gyoza (6 pieces) for ¥650, and my partner ordered Negi Miso Ramen (spicy) for ¥880 (tax included). A shopkeeper and mother with a craftsmanship? It's quiet, but the ramen tastes great. In particular, the best ramen to finish off after drinking is the stamina ramen, which is full of garlic and seems to increase your energy, or the stamina chashu noodle (^^)

::I've been coming to Toyohashi on business for 20 years, but I didn't know about this ramen shop in the Minakami Building. After being featured on BS broadcasts, it seems like floating buildings have become nationally popular? I couldn't enter the Osho in front of Toyohashi Station at 22:00, so I wandered towards the water building and saw a bright red signboard shining! Well, I have no choice but to go! There was a line of five people in front of the store. Filled with anticipation, I took a seat on my own as there was no guidance. I ordered ``Miso Char Siu Noodles,'' ``Gyoza,'' ``Fried Rice,'' and ``Shochu Highball.'' Conversation with store staff is minimal. There was no greeting or response, but for some reason I didn't feel bad about it. I thought there must be a reason why it's so popular, so I munched on some gyoza while drinking a highball. It's delicious! The miso chashu noodles are also delicious! The fried rice that came out at the end was light and well-balanced! Most of the customers are men after drinking. Everyone seems to be locals, and as expected, they know the restaurant well. I'm tired of the current trendy ramen shops, so THE Showa Ramen seemed fresh to me. I will keep coming until I get bored! ️! 😃⤴️⤴️ ah. Yes, I found a store! ♥️♥️♥️ Thank you for the meal. I'll be back tomorrow. 😃🎵
