::Friendly staff, cheap food but with great quality. I often visit in the winter to warm up, and in the summer for a cool meal. The sweet potato tempura is my favorite tempura in all of Japan - tastes just right. They make their tempura nice and fresh as you order it, and the tea is yummy too.
