::I was referred to this hospital by my ophthalmologist, and I was a little apprehensive because of the many negative reviews on Google maps. I admit that I had to wait for quite a while during my first visit, but that is to be expected at hospital of this size. Check-in and check-out (payment) are automated and rather efficient. Hospital staff, nurses and surgeon were all friendly and helpful! I have no complaints! Follow-up: I can honestly not understand the low rating of this hospital. I was admitted for cataract surgery and I could not be happier with the treatment I received. Especially, the ophthalmologist in charge, Dr. Suzuki, really impressed me. Not only is he a top notch surgeon, but also a warm-hearted human being who makes each patient feel special and cared for!

::We had a reservation for results of eco tests for my son and the only day/time they had a vacancy was a weekday afternoon so he had to skip school in the afternoon, we went early just in case but ended up waiting for TWO HOURS! Just to hear results. The fact he had to skip school for this is unforgivable. The doctor attitude was also very cold and heartless. I do not recommend this hospital.

After being referred to by Bashamichi Sakura Clinic, Dr Tomohiko Nishi MD and his staffs treated me very well and provided very fast and prompt action in handling my case, albeit temporarily before I returned back to my home country. ::I did a surgery to remove fibriods on May 2nd. I had to register from the 30th of April. After registering everything and everyone was great. The doctors nurses and the anesthesiologist were wonderful most were able to converse with me in English. The after care from the surgery was great. The nurses took such hreat care of me and made sure that I was ok. Thank you all so much for being so kind. Thanks to my doctor who performed the surgery, He made sure that he explained everything in details and that I was mentally prepared for the surgery. I would definitely recommend to any foreigner doing surgery to use this hospital. It was also very clean and the food was nutritious.
