::Thank you for your help in transporting my wife to the emergency room. The doctor and nurse on duty were very kind. The nurses on the ward when I was admitted were all very polite. However, I have not yet contacted the medical affairs department, which has a bad reputation from reviewers, so something may happen in the future. The guards were also nice. At a later date, we completed the admission and discharge procedures. The medical staff was also kind. The building looks old, but I think it's a good hospital.

::I visited with my grandfather. I've made a reservation, but when I ask if it's still going to take a while, I get a rude response and they don't necessarily call me back at the reservation time in the first place. And the medical office? was told. In that case, you should make a reservation in the morning. I don't understand the meaning of specifying the reservation time. It's strange that my grandfather, who has a bad back, came so hard and had to endure pain on a hard chair for a long time to sit and wait, making the reservation meaningless. As other people have said, the doctors were very responsive, which I was grateful for, but the administrative staff and nurses, perhaps some of them, were extremely responsive, to be honest.

::I have been hospitalized and visited the hospital for surgery. I have so many things I want to say, but I won't be able to write them all down, so I'll keep it short. Perhaps because they only deal with elderly people who are close to death, the administrative staff and nurses are arrogant and unfriendly. The buildings are old, and many talented young doctors are quitting their jobs and moving to places with better conditions. I'll never use it again.

::I visit an oral surgeon once every few months. It's a bit difficult because it's a little far from the station, but the doctors and nurses are very kind and I haven't seen anyone who is scared so far. When I went to another hospital to visit my grandmother, I saw nurses arguing and being very aggressive towards new patients, so I was very nervous, but I was also scared during the one-week hospital stay. I almost never thought about it. Everyone was kind and complimented me on my hard work, they came right away when I called the nurse, and they even apologized if I was bothering them. This is a hospital that you can continue to visit with peace of mind.

::I came here because this was the nearest hospital and I needed some check up regarding to an UTI I was struggling with. They were welcoming, and I had no particular problem. I do speak Japanese though, but I am not fluent yet, so I was happy they explained everything in an easy way to me at the reception. While waiting for the doctor, a nurse came out and she wrote down some of my data, she was very nice and explained medical expressions on the paper for me in a way I would understand too. The doctor was nice too. I saw there are many bad reviews, but as for me, I had no problem with the staff fortunately, although I was a bit hesitant to come first because I was afraid I will not understand something. As a Hungarian, I felt like Japanese health care works better than ours and I wish doctors and nurses could work in an environment similar to this.
